Arrival Ready Fulfillment
Capabilities & Setup
How the Solution Works
Arrival Ready Fulfillment is designed for paid orders that are too
large, complex, or staged over time to be collected in one visit.
The solution supports preparing the order once, protecting the
purchased inventory, organizing planned pickups, and coordinating
readiness around the customer’s expected arrival.
Core Capabilities
- Full-order staging for multi-trip pickup
- Reserved paid-inventory visibility
- Planned pickup organization
- Advance team readiness
- Pickup-progress tracking
- Remaining-quantity visibility
- Clear ownership and accountability
- Operational measurement
Arrival & Pickup Planning
Customers can be supported through available pickup windows or
advance arrival notice while the operation retains control over
timing based on the current loading queue and available resources.
Inventory Protection
Paid merchandise can remain reserved, organized, and accounted for
between pickup trips so it is not unintentionally treated as normal
selling inventory.
Team Readiness & Notifications
Loading teams can receive advance notice so the appropriate people,
equipment, and staged quantities can be prepared before the
customer reaches the loading point.
Pickup Tracking & Accountability
Each pickup can be tracked against the larger paid order, providing
visibility into what has already been collected and what still
remains for future pickup.
Configuration Options
Organizations can adapt pickup stages, arrival-window rules,
loading locations, notification timing, user responsibilities,
status labels, and related operating rules to fit their own process.
Deployment & Integration Options
Arrival Ready Fulfillment is designed to remain flexible across
POS-connected, desktop, mobile, and adapted entry experiences.
It can operate independently or alongside Retail Operations Dispatch.
Measurement & Operational Visibility
The solution can provide measurable visibility into pickup activity,
readiness, remaining order quantities, repeated handling, customer
wait time, and operational performance across multi-trip fulfillment.
